We’re the Joiners. You probably already know us since you’re at this page. We recently finished grad school — Tim with an M.A. in Bible; Ashley with an M.A. in Rhetoric and Public Address. Tim is working on an M.B.A., but only as classes look interesting enough to pay for, so he may be at this for a while.

We went to Europe for the summers of 2008 and 2009 with BJU’s Musical Mission Team. You can read all about it on this blog. Each summer we gave about 100 concerts over 9 or 10 weeks. At each, we sang sacred music in the language of the people (German, French, English, Italian, or Slovakian) and presented the Gospel verbally and in tract form.

Tim runs Dynamic Technology Solutions, a small business & technology consulting & services firm. In addition to the consulting work, we do a lot of website design and development and web application development.

Ashley serves as DTS’s Content Specialist and also does all kinds of creative stuff with beads, scrapbooking, and an interesting genre that she sort of pioneered all by herself. In the fall of 2010, she started a corporate training company that is a subsidiary of DTS. They train people on how to write better reports — documents that are more powerful and effective, easier to write, and more actionable.

    Hello Tim,

I was at BJU meeting point and about fell over when I came across your name. I went to BJU from 1989 to 1992. I found your name shortly after reading Waleed Rishwali’s profile by accident. Waleed was in my Kappa Sigma Chi society. He was the only survivor in that horrible car accident that I was the 3rd car to pull over for to try to help on that horrid day coming home for Christmas vacation. That day will be a day that I will never forget. I’m glad to see that it appears that your family has pulled through such a horrific event.

I hope I didn’t stir anything up but seeing your name brought my mind back to that day. I hope your parents are doing well as they were in the prayers of so many of us.

    Lord bless,

Googled my name today, found your website. I think it would be REALLY odd if i dated someone named “Ashley”. What would her married name be? “Ashley Ashley”?

    Cool site though, update it!
